Upon enrollment in the Quick Pay Program, you may submit invoices for payment within ten (10) days at a discounted rate of the full invoice amount. If the tenth (10th) calendar day following submission is a weekend or banking holiday, the discounted payment will be delivered on the next succeeding business day. All invoices must be approved by Guidehouse prior to payment. Invoices that are not approved, or that are disputed by Guidehouse or Republic Capital Access, LLC, will not be paid under the Quick Pay Program but will remain subject to your agreement for services or goods with Guidehouse. You agree that your sole recourse for any claims or disputes arising out of or related to the Quick Pay Program is to Guidehouse.
