Jack Stucky

Jack serves as a Vice President at Republic Capital Access. He began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey in its Financial Restructuring Group and transitioned to the buy side, working for Avenue Capital Group, and Lone Star Funds on Special Situations, Debt Restructuring, and Private Equity transactions. In 2022, Jack moved to The Chertoff Group, a middle market investment bank, focused on sell side transactions for Defense and Government Services companies and stayed on with the team in its transition from Chertoff to Lincoln International. He holds a degree in Business Administration (with a double major in History) from Washington and Lee University. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife, Karén, and their son, Jacob.
