Brittney Thome is a seasoned financial professional with a diverse background spanning government finance, residential lending, and SaaS sales. At Republic Capital Access, she serves as a Portfolio Associate; helping government contractors seamlessly onboard and navigate the unique challenges of federal contracting finance & procurement. Before joining RCA, Brittney worked as a Loan Officer in the residential mortgage industry, guiding clients through the home financing process. She also spent nearly a decade in SaaS sales, honing her skills in client relationship management and consultative selling. Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittney loves hiking, cooking and spending time with family & friends.
