Amanda brings a diverse background in technology, finance, and operations to her role as Compliance Associate at RCA. She began her career at 4th Wave, a technology consulting firm, followed by several years at Freddie Mac, where she analyzed market needs and implemented product offerings. After a brief career break to raise her family, Amanda leveraged her skills at LitheSpeed, an Agile consulting firm, working in finance and people operations. Amanda lives in Herndon, VA, with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Tea, Reese, and Baden.
